          Tin free steel, tin plate and aluminium are used depending upon the demand and whilst some of our machinery is metal specific the latest equipment has dual versatility and incorporates the latest tooling technologies. Lacquer coating lines, computer aided graphic design, state of the art highly versatile printing, and fast job changeovers aid our proficiency. New wet-on-wet lithographic six-color printing gives exceptional quality and our focus on attention to detail is second to none.
          In-house coil cutting and substrate/base metal quality inspection is just the beginning, but none-the-less important, as every metre is checked. Two and three piece cans are produced and constantly monitored with on-line inspection systems. Ends shells are subject to a similar process but they are checked again after conversion when the "Easy-open" tab is applied.
          We also provide training for "Double Seam" and "Retortable Pouch" technology, to ensure our customer confidence and high product quality.
