Techniques of Double Seam
To support and promote the quality of products, the company has prepared a team with expertise in providing information on various aspects relating to the products and techniques in modification of the Seamer machine.The company has provided equipments to use with Seamer (Chuck/Roll) to be suitable for the company’s products.
Retort Check and Heat Penetration Test (F0)
The company has provided advanced and precise monitoring equipments including personnel with expertise for the service of retort check and heat penetration test of the products.
1. Temperature Distribution Test; a study on the process of air stripping in the retort and check for cold spots of the retort
2. Heat Penetration Test; to determine the duration of sterilization to ensure the products are safe for consumption
Training Service
To support and promote the quality of products, the company has prepared a team with expertise and well equipped in terms of technical information to give advises and training knowledge. In which, it can be served both inside and outside the facility.
The training courses are as follows;
1. Double Seam Evaluation and Analysis.
2. Double Seam Analysis and Trouble-shooting procedures.
A test on Pack Test
The company has provided staff with expertise in counseling and test the suitability of the product for packaging (Pack Test) to build confidence to customers including to investigate the changes in packaging with clients to evaluate the product life for storage.
